Returns & Exchanges

We know you're going to love your new BRIA dress, however we do understand that sometimes certain items may not fit or suit everyone.

If you wish to return your purchase:

  • Item/s must be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase. 
  • Item/s must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • To start a return, please submit your request here. If your return is accepted, please note that you will be responsible for the payment of the return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • We do not offer returns on sale or discounted items unless faulty
  • If you purchased to take advantage of a bundle discount for one of our Corporate Capsule Sets, the discount will be void upon return of part of your order.
  • Please take care when trying on pieces as unfortunately any left with makeup marks or perfume smells will not be accepted for return.

Damages and issues

Please check your Bria item/s upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the issue as promptly as possible for you.

We will not provide a refund for any items which are found to be damaged due to wear and tear or misuse.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless identified as faulty.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
